Hi, I’m Izzy — the founder of Izzy.Sanctuary. I’ve spent over six years in the beauty and wellness industry, working in local salons and at Danesfield Spa before taking the leap into creating my own space. Since then, I’ve worked from Cholsey, travelled through the Cotswolds for home visits, and now I’m based at The Springs Resort in North Stoke, offering the calm, restorative treatments I love most.

Izzy.Sanctuary was created from a simple belief: true wellbeing begins when we feel grounded, held, and deeply cared for. I founded Izzy.Sanctuary in South Oxfordshire in December 2023 with the intention of offering more than a treatment — I wanted to create a space where women could slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the restorative power of touch.
After years of working in salon and spa settings, I took a leap of faith and started Izzy.Sanctuary. People often ask me why I chose this path, and honestly, it’s never been just about the treatments — it’s always been about the people. I’ve been honoured to meet some incredible individuals along the way who have allowed themselves to feel safe, heard, and cared for in my hands. Beauty and holistic treatments can be deeply personal, and I’m grateful every time someone shares a piece of their story with me.
My goal? To create a space — and treatments — that go beyond the superficial. A place that brings harmony, comfort, and a sense of therapy when it’s needed most.
