Terms & Conditions
At Izzy Sanctuary, every appointment is carefully prepared to ensure a calm, unhurried, and personal experience. To allow me to offer this level of care and keep my business running, the following terms apply to all bookings.
Bookings & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit secures and confirms your appointment.
Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If a deposit is not paid, the appointment may be cancelled to allow availability for other clients.
Cancellations
I understand that plans can change. However, as a small, independent business, late cancellations have a significant impact.

48 hours’ notice:
If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be retained. -
24 hours’ notice or less:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full treatment value will be charged.
Rescheduling Appointments
Rescheduling is treated the same as a cancellation, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the full treatment value being charged.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may reduce your treatment time to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment price will still apply.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full treatment value being charged.
