Sanctuary began with a simple realisation: so many women are moving through life exhausted, giving, caring, holding everything together. While their own cup is barely half full. During my early training, I saw how a moment of calm, intentional touch could help someone feel lighter, supported, and no longer carrying it all alone. That moment shaped the way I work. I created Sanctuary as a space where women can pause, breathe, and finally put themselves back on the list. Every treatment is slow, present, and unhurried designed to ease tension, soften the mind, and offer a sense of being cared for rather than constantly caring for others. My intention is simple: that you leave feeling restored, steadier, and more like yourself again.
